§ 5 Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google“). Google Analytics uses “cookies“, i.e. text files that are saved on your computer and that permit analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP-address will, however, be abbreviated first by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions will the full IP address be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. On the order of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to render further services connected to website use and internet use for the website operator. The IP address submitted by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with any other data of Google.
You may prevent storage of cookies by making the corresponding settings in your browser software; however, note that you may be unable to fully use all functions of this website in that case. You may also prevent transfer of the data generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google and processing of such data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are abbreviated before further processing, which prevents reference to a person. If the data collected about you can be personally referred to you, this will thereby be excluded at once and the personal data will thus be deleted immediately.
We use Google Analytics in order to analyse use of our website and to permit its regular improvement. We can improve our offer using the statistics gained and make it more interesting for you as the user. For exceptions in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has subjected to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for use of Google Analytics shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR.

§ 6 Use of Social-Media-Plug-ins
We currently use the following social-media plug-ins: Facebook, Xing, LinkedIn. We use the two-click solution for this. This means that when you visit our site, personal data will generally not be passed on to the providers of the plug-ins initially. You can recognise the provider of the plug-in by the mark on the box above its first letter or the logo. We enable you to communicate with the provider of the plug-in directly via the button. Only if you click the selected field and activate it by this will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have called the corresponding website of our online offer. The data named in § 3 of this statement will also be submitted. In case of Facebook and Xing, the IP address will be anonymised at once after collection according to the information of the respective providers in Germany. Activation of the plug-in therefore will lead to submission of personal data by you to the respective plug-in provider and saved there (with US-American providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects the data in particular through cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies in the safety settings of your browser before clicking the greyed-out box.We have no influence on the collected data and data processing processes, and we do not know the full scope of data collection, purposes of processing and storage periods. We also have no information on deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
The plug-in provider will save the data collected about you in the form of usage profiles and use them for the purpose of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of his website. This analysis will specifically (also for users who are not logged in) take place to present demand-oriented advertising and in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. We use the plug-ins to offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as the user. The legal basis for use of the plug-ins shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data are passed on independently of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider or not and of whether or not you are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected on our site will be directly assigned to your account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button, e.g. to link the page, the plug-in provider will also save this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you regularly log out after using a social network, but in particular before activating the button, since you can prevent assignment to your profile with the plug-in provider this way.
More information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the data privacy statements of these providers disclosed below.
