This website uses transient and persistent cookies the scope and function of which are explained below:
Transient cookies are deleted automatically when you close the browser. This particularly includes session cookies. These save a session ID with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the shared session. This makes it possible to recognise your computer when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Persistent cookies are deleted automatically after a specified duration that may differ from cookie to cookie. You may delete the cookies at any time in the safety settings of your browser.
You may configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, e.g., refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or of all cookies. Note that you may not be able to use all functions of this website then.
The flash cookies used are not recorded by your browser but by your flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects that are stored on your end device. These objects save the required data independently of the browser you use and do not have any automatic expiration date. If you do not desire processing of flash cookies, you need to install the corresponding add-on, e.g. “Better Privacy” for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe-Flash-Killer-Cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. We also recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and your browser process manually at regular intervals.
§ 4 Other Functions and Offers on our Website, Use of our WebshopIn addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. For this, you usually need to provide further personal data that we will use to render the respective service and that are subject to the above principles for data processing.
If you want to order from our webshop, you must provide your personal data that we need for the processing of your order for conclusion of the contract. Any mandatory information required for processing of the contracts shall be marked separately; further information is made voluntarily. We will process the data provided by you for the processing of your order. For this, we may pass on your payment information to our house bank. The legal basis for this shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. b GDPR.
You may voluntarily set up a customer account through which we may save your data for later purchases. When you set up an account under “My account”, the data you provide will be saved revocably. You can change any further data, including your user account, in the customer area at any time. If you want to make use of your right to delete your account and your data filed in this respect, you may do so by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may also process the data provided by you in order to inform you about further interesting products from our range or to send you emails with technical information.
Due to stipulations under commercial and tax law, we are obligated to save your address, payment and order data for a term of ten years. However, we will restrict processing after [two years], i.e. your data will only be used to comply with our legal obligations.
To prevent unauthorised third-party access to your personal data, in particular financial data, the ordering process is encrypted by TLS technology.
§ 5 Use of Google AnalyticsThis website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google“). Google Analytics uses “cookies“, i.e. text files that are saved on your computer and that permit analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP-address will, however, be abbreviated first by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions will the full IP address be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. On the order of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to render further services connected to website use and internet use for the website operator.
The IP address submitted by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with any other data of Google.
You may prevent storage of cookies by making the corresponding settings in your browser software; however, note that you may be unable to fully use all functions of this website in that case. You may also prevent transfer of the data generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google and processing of such data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are abbreviated before further processing, which prevents reference to a person. If the data collected about you can be personally referred to you, this will thereby be excluded at once and the personal data will thus be deleted immediately.
We use Google Analytics in order to analyse use of our website and to permit its regular improvement. We can improve our offer using the statistics gained and make it more interesting for you as the user. For exceptions in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has subjected to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for use of Google Analytics shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR.
This website also uses Google Analytics for device-comprehensive analysis of visitor flows that is performed via a user-ID. You may deactivate device-comprehensive analysis of your use in your customer account under “My data“, “Personal data“.
§ 6 Use of Social-Media-Plug-insWe currently use the following social-media plug-ins: Facebook, Xing, LinkedIn. We use the two-click solution for this. This means that when you visit our site, personal data will generally not be passed on to the providers of the plug-ins initially. You can recognise the provider of the plug-in by the mark on the box above its first letter or the logo. We enable you to communicate with the provider of the plug-in directly via the button. Only if you click the selected field and activate it by this will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have called the corresponding website of our online offer. The data named in § 3 of this statement will also be submitted. In case of Facebook and Xing, the IP address will be anonymised at once after collection according to the information of the respective providers in Germany. Activation of the plug-in therefore will lead to submission of personal data by you to the respective plug-in provider and saved there (with US-American providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects the data in particular through cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies in the safety settings of your browser before clicking the greyed-out box.
We have no influence on the collected data and data processing processes, and we do not know the full scope of data collection, purposes of processing and storage periods. We also have no information on deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
The plug-in provider will save the data collected about you in the form of usage profiles and use them for the purpose of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of his website. This analysis will specifically (also for users who are not logged in) take place to present demand-oriented advertising and in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. We use the plug-ins to offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as the user. The legal basis for use of the plug-ins shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data are passed on independently of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider or not and of whether or not you are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected on our site will be directly assigned to your account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button, e.g. to link the page, the plug-in provider will also save this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you regularly log out after using a social network, but in particular before activating the button, since you can prevent assignment to your profile with the plug-in provider this way.
More information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the data privacy statements of these providers disclosed below. There, you will also find further information on your rights in this respect and the possible settings to protect your privacy.

Only when you play the videos will the data named in paragraph 2 be transferred. We cannot influence this data transfer.]
During your visit to the website, YouTube will receive the information that you have called the corresponding sub-page of our website. The data named in § 3 of this declaration will be submitted additionally. This shall be done independently of whether YouTube provides any user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in with Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish for them to be assigned to your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube will save your data as a user profile and use them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an analysis will specifically (even for users not logged in) take place to provide demand-oriented advertising and in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of such user profiles; you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

If you have consented to processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time. Such revocation will influence admissibility of processing of your personal data after you have declared your revocation to us.
As far as we base processing of your personal data on consideration of interests, you may object to this processing. This is the case in particular when processing is not required to perform a contract with you, which is presented by us in the subsequent description of the functions from case to case. Please present the reasons due to which we should not process your personal data as done by us when you use your right to object in this manner. In case of your justified objection, we will review the situation and either cease or adjust data processing or inform you of our mandatory reasons to be protected based on which we continue processing.
Of course, you may object to processing of your personal data for purposes of advertising and data analysis at any time. You submit your objection to advertising using the following contact data: Agriparts Wedemark GmbH, Im Winkel 5, D-30900 Wedemark; email@example.com; phone +49 (0)5130 607282; fax +49 (0)5130 607231.
